Service Cancellation Policy
No Full Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services or training packages once purchased.
We’re confident in the quality of our training and are committed to helping you and your dog succeed. If you have any concerns about your experience, please reach out — we’re happy to work with you to adjust your program, reschedule, or provide additional support where possible.

Skijoring Service Cancellation & Waiver Policy
Skijoring is an active outdoor activity with inherent risks. You and your dog participate at your own risk, and VADA (Very Amazing Dog Academy) is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages. You confirm your dog is healthy and able to participate safely.
Refund Policy:
I understand and agree that due to limited spots, full refunds are not available. If I cancel, I will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations:
We totally understand that life (and pups!) can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance for single packages. You’ll be able to reschedule at no cost within 30 days of your original session.
Rescheduling:
Need to change your date? No problem! Just email us at info@veryamazingdogacademy.com as soon as you can, and we’ll be happy to find a new time that works. Sessions can be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking.
No-Shows:
We know things come up, but no-shows are considered missed sessions and unfortunately cannot be rescheduled or credited.
Pre-Booking Only:
To keep things running smoothly (and to make sure every dog gets our full attention), we kindly ask that all sessions be booked in advance — no walk-ins, please.

Damages or Concerns
If you believe there was an issue with the service delivered (e.g., incorrect session, unprofessional conduct, or technical issues with virtual sessions), please contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Non-Refundable Services
All services provided by Very Amazing Dog Academy are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Emergency or rush bookings

Gift cards

Discounted or promotional-rate services
Please reach out if you have questions about your specific booking.
Exchanges or Adjustments
While we do not offer refunds or direct exchanges, we can often help transition you to another program of equal value (for example, switching from group classes to private sessions), subject to availability.
