My Mission

When you look at your dog what do you see? The perfect companion? Your fur baby? A coworker? Maybe a headache? We all love our dogs, but sometimes we need a little help navigating the canine psyche. I aime to help establish clear communication between you and your dog through next level training for life long results. I hope to not only strengthen the bond you have with your dog but to transform your relationship entierly.

THE
TRAINER

Sofia Koepke, CCDT (Certified Dog Trainer) has been training sled dogs for almost fifteen years. Over the years, she developed a keen eye for reading dog body language and skills in dog handling. Sofia rescued, trained and assembled a team of six Siberian huskies, which she competitively raced. Sofia graduated with her Bachelors in Fish, Wildlife and Conservation Biology at Colorado State University and for a short time worked as a field tech at Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Shortly after the birth of her baby girl, Sofia shifted her focus to the dog world and graduated with distinction from CATCH Canine Academy where she precured her official training certificate. Sofia's mission is to help strengthen the bond between people and their dogs through lifelong training. In memory of her beloved sled dog team, she also seeks to promote the new evolution of mushing.

Sofia currently lives in Tabernash, Colorado with her family and three retired sled dogs. Off the clock she also enjoys birding, reading and outdoor adventures!
