Dog Training Liability

The following is a liability agreement and terms for Very Amazing Dog Academy LLC.

I agree that Very Amazing Dog Academy LLC is not responsible for any liability involving dogs or owners during training. This includes, but is not limited to, bites, scratches, dog fights, loose dogs, injuries to dogs or humans, or any damage caused by or to the client’s dog. Should any incident occur, it is the sole responsibility of the owner to manage and resolve all matters related to the incident.

I agree that Very Amazing Dog Academy LLC is not responsible for paying any medical or veterinary bills for injuries or damages involving the dog in training, other dogs, pets, people, or the owner during or after a training session.

I understand that Very Amazing Dog Academy LLC requires at least three sessions to book, excluding package sessions that already include three sessions. All sessions will be scheduled at the first session. Any additional sessions are solely the choice of the client and may be scheduled at any time.

I understand that payment is due upon booking a private session or registering for a group class with Very Amazing Dog Academy LLC. Payment for all group classes is due upon registration or by the first class session.

I understand that there are no refunds once sessions are booked or after sessions have passed. Once booked, I am responsible for attending each scheduled training session.

I am aware that for day training or dog walking sessions, a trainer will enter my property to work with the dog. I give full permission for Very Amazing Dog Academy LLC to enter my property and work with my dog on the scheduled dates and times.

I understand that the first training session may run longer than one hour, up to 30 additional minutes at no extra charge. Any time beyond that will be billed at an additional $15 for every 15 minutes.

I understand that it is my sole responsibility to attend the classes or training sessions I am registered for or to notify the instructor if I am unable to attend.

I understand that all training packages have a 60-day expiration date. Any additional training sessions purchased have a 30-day expiration date after the session is initially scheduled.

I acknowledge that dog training is a lifelong commitment and that progress made between or after training sessions is solely the responsibility of the owner.
